How do you identify potential buyers or clients?

How often will my ads be shown?
Our branding campaigns receive an average of 10,000+ views per month. This varies by geography and time of year.
How much does this cost?
Our branding campaigns are run on either a quarterly or annual basis, and can range between $40-$99/month depending on
the median property value in the zip codes you select. For example, advertising in New York City is often more expensive
than Durham, NC.

Do I need to have an ad to get started?
You do not need an ad to get started. All you need to do is enter the address of your listing or your name and location
for branding. Then Adwerx retrieves the necessary details and generates a set of professional-quality ads. You can customize
the ad however you wish.
Where do you get the information to build these ads?
We pull the information from publicly available data. Nothing you do on Adwerx will change any information
you have set in your MLS.
If we don't have information for you, or your information is inaccurate (an old brokerage for example), you can still update
and create an ad quickly and easily by using our Ad Builder.

How is this different from Ads by zip code?
Our listing campaigns are used to promote a specific property instead of your brand. Rather than target in a specific
zip code, we look for potential buyers within a certain radius of the property you are advertising.
How do listing ads benefit my client, the home seller?
Home sellers benefit by attracting more buyers for their home. With advertising from Adwerx, the seller’s home will stand
out from the other homes listed in the area. You, as the agent, can have automatic reports sent to the seller to
let them know you are advertising their home.
How many times will my ad be shown?
On average, listing ads will result in ~7,000 ad views per week.
How much does this cost?
Listing ads are run on a weekly basis starting at $59/week.
Can I advertise multiple listings at the same time?
Yes, simply return to Adwerx.com and enter the information
for the listing you wish to advertise. You can promote as many as you want and manage them all from your account.
What if my house sells before the campaign ends?
You can cancel the campaign at any time. You'll receive a credit for the remaining balance that can be applied to a new
Adwerx campaign or a renewal on an existing one.

You do not need to create your ad. All you need to do is enter the address of your listing. Then Adwerx retrieves the

Ads for your sphere
Why would I use this product to connect with my sphere?
There are many effective ways to connect with or "touch" your sphere, including email newsletters,
direct mail postcards, client appreciation events, phone calls, drop-by visits and more. But these activities
can be time-consuming and costly. Adwerx ads for your sphere help you stay in front of people you know in a non-intrusive, affordable way.
I already email my sphere a newsletter. Why do I need digital ads, too?
Sphere ads do not replace your current efforts to stay in touch with your network. Instead, they
are another tactic to help nurture relationships. Only about 20% of your list will open your emails.
You can reach the other 80% of your network with digital ads that appear where they spend their time online, about once a day.
What happens to contacts I upload for my ad?
Your contact list is only used to show your own ad to the people in your list. Your contacts are stored securely, never shared, never sold,
and never used for anything other than your own ad. We respect your sole ownership of your data and take security of it seriously.
How often will someone see my ad?
People in your sphere will see your ad about once per day. Because ads are shown on the sites that
your contacts already visit, these ads are a passive, non-intrusive way to stay top-of-mind without interrupting them.
Where on the Internet will the ads be shown?
Adwerx ads for your sphere are basically shown anywhere with advertising, such as on Facebook or
web sites like the NYTimes, Yahoo, YouTube, and mobile apps on your phone like a weather, sports or music app.
How do I know who saw my ad?
Privacy laws don't allow us to know exactly who sees or clicks on your ad. However, your ad will
only be shown to the people you tell us are in your sphere of influence.
Can I edit my list after it starts running?
Yes, you may always add or update the contacts in your sphere. Changes to your list will take a
few of days to be fully processed by our ad partners.
Will I see my own ad?
Most agents like to see their own ad, so we try hard to make sure you get that experience. When you do see it,
it will not cost you anything. Those ad views are paid for by Adwerx.
Why did someone who is not in my sphere see my ad on Facebook?
It is possible that this can happen when someone from your sphere "likes" your Facebook ad. Facebook may decide
to then show your ad to that person's social network. These extra ad views are at no additional cost to you.
Will everyone in my sphere see my ad?
We try our best to advertise to every contact in your sphere list. However, it is possible that not everyone
will see your ad, mainly due to the personal Internet browsing habits of your contacts and technical limitations
of our ad partners. For example, if a contact you add does not visit websites that show ads, we will not be able
to advertise to them. Likewise, if you provide an email address that is no longer actively used by your contact,
our ad partners will be less likely to find this individual on the Internet.
How is this different from the Adwerx ZIP code-based brand ads?
Adwerx ZIP code ads show your brand to anyone interested in real estate within your specific ZIP code.
They help create top-of-mind awareness with people you probably don't know yet. With brand ads for your
sphere, you decide exactly who will see your ad. You'll get fewer ad views, but those ad views will be
precisely targeted to the people who help generate 60% of your business: your network. And your network
might not always be in your ZIP code.
